5. CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE

Simply fill out this callback request and we will get in touch with you as soon as we can to chat more about your needs.

Over the phone we will ask you questions about your property and do a virtual site assessment to determine if a secondary dwelling will be right for you. If so, we will arrange a time to meet you for a free on-site inspection.

We will come to your property to assess the site in person, take photos and videos and gather all the necessary information required to create a personalised quote.

We will then provide you with a preliminary quotation to build your granny flat, complete with provisional expenses in case unexpected issues arise. Your quote will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue, so we encourage you to take some time to consider it, ask as many questions as you like, and accept it within that time frame to ensure its accuracy.

Once you’ve accepted the quote we will ask for $1500 deposit to undertake site surveys and begin designing the final plans.
